White Horses returns to risky concept issue territory big time with ‘Conversations’.

A few months ago, we had the scary idea – would it be possible to make a magazine purely out of dialogue? You know: kind of have the thing read like a movie script?

Try as we might, we couldn’t get the concept out from under our skin, simply because – to our knowledge at least – it’s never been done before, and the idea resonates with our mission of celebrating and capturing the reality of life on the coast as truly as possible.

If anything, the horse is pretty hard on itself, we’ll be upfront and say it out loud if an issue turns out below expectations, but we actually reckon this issue might be our strongest yet in many ways.
