How much is shipping?
Shipping is on us if you’re an Australian resident. If not, shipping cost is added upon checkout.
What subscription payment options are there?
You can choose to pay quarterly ($18.50* every quarter) or annually ($74* every year). If you choose to pay quarterly, your subscription will automatically renew every quarter in time for the next issue. If you choose to pay annually, your subscription will automatically renew every year on the anniversary of your original subscription purchase date. About a week before your account is debited, you will receive a notification from us.
Can I purchase a subscription without being on the auto-renewing system?
If you’d prefer not to be on our auto-renewing system, you can gift yourself a “Gift Subscription”, which is $74* for a fixed term of 1 year (4 issues). Just put your details down as both the “Gift Purchaser” and “Gift Receiver”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time you like through your account dashboard. Or, you can email Angela (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Which issue will my subscription start with?
If you subscribe now, your subscription will start with the next issue (Issue 34), which is usually delivered early September. In the meantime, if you’d like to purchase the current issue (Issue 33) separately while you wait for Issue 34 to arrive, we’ll send this out to you right away. You can do this by selecting the option “Subscription + Current Issue” when purchasing your subscription. We also have a discounted bundle of back issues available for sale under “Single Issues”.

Can I just buy the current issue?

Can I buy past/back issues to complete my collection?
Yes! Under “Shop”, click “Single Issues”. If the issue you’re after is sold out, we’re pretty good at hunting them down by posting on Facebook/Instagram and asking our community to help out. Just send us an email and we’ll do our best to make it work.
